Izumi Japanese Steak House Sushi Bar & Lounge

Best sushi and Japanese restaurant in the area and one of the best I have had. Not to mention the owner and staff are awesome and hilarious with some awesome personalities. They take they're business and customer servicing very seriously to ensure you are a happy customer!

Lots of food,very tasty. Sushi is very good, and the staff is friendly. Quiet atmosphere in modest digs. Has the "hole in the wall" feel, which is usually a great sign.

Beautiful presentation and really nice variety of sushi. We used a Groupon for our last visit, but the Happy Hour prices are a very good deal too. Staff is friendly and attentive. We ordered some rolls that had spicy in their description, but weren't too hot. On the specials were some very spicy jalapeno poppers, too hot for me, but my husband loved them.

To my understanding this restaurant has a new owner. Prior to tonight, I would call it an average run-of-the-mill place. Now, even with essentially the same menu, I am impressed with the little details of better chopsticks, plate decorations and service over what it had been. Little attentions to detail goes a long way. Clean, prompt & delicious. I will frequent more often.
