Windsor Asian Bistro

We were traveling NYC to N. Vermont and stopped here because of the great reviews and it couldn’t have been easier on and off 91! Fantastic, weren’t let down! We had a Pad Thai and Mango Curry ordered extra hot because that’s how we like it with a couple of rolls. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Place is as clean and modern as other reviews say! Wish it was later I would have had one of the great saki or drink selection.

Lovely experience my wife and I ate here this weekend and we were the first to dine outside for the season. The food and service was wonderful.

I met my brother there when he came for a business trip. Loved it. Superb service. Great food. The place is impecable. Great attention to detail. The waiter was very polite and friendly. Love the sashimi. So fresh and moist. My daughter is hard to please when it comes to food. She ate the whole thing. We were all very impressed. Definitely worth the drive from Feeding Hills. I guess I just got me a new place for sushi.

Great sushi place that also serves hibachi plates from the kitchen. Food was fresh, delicious, well presented and satisfying. Chirashi in the picture.

The restaurant was immaculate and it had a "Manhattan" feel to it. We sat at the bar and could watch the chef's prepare the sushi. After we ordered, the chef's gave us a couple of complimentary sushi rolls wrapped in avocado that were really good. The Girl Roll sushi and Spicy Thai Basil Rice with chicken was great. The staff was friendly and quick. This is one of our new favorite sushi/Asian fusion restaurants in CT since the food and overall experience was top notch.
