The guys at Spice 320 are incredible!!! So sweet and knowledgeable. The food is incredible and they have so many awesome local things. They even have gluten free things for us celiacs!! Love them, can't say enough good things about them.
At my last visit I bought 2quarts of soup to take home (along with a bunch of other goodies!). Today my husband and I had the “Organic Butternut Squash &Cashew Bisque” for lunch. (The first quart of Spring Farro soup was long gone!). The vegan Bisque reheated beautifully and was the most delicious soup I’ve ever had-delicate and delicious. They don’t call it a “Chef driven Marketplace” for nothing. This guy really knows his flavors. Cheers Alan! I’ll be back for more soon.
They have a great selection of food, spices, and local made goods! It’s a lot bigger inside than I was expecting! The owner is so, so friendly and even gave us some free Mexican chocolate cookies, which were delicious! 😊 Definitely stop in here!
If you miss this you are MISSING OUT. It’s not just amazing. It is a MUST. A life-changing taste will hit your palette with any of the one-of-kind soups. Alan is a world class chef who has been cooking for decades and Rick is curating an eclectic and successful marketplace for local artisans. Most importantly, the COMMUNITY vibe they are bringing to Colebrook is unmatched and this town is lucky to have them. If I lived closer, I’d be there multiple times a week no doubt! Gluten free and plant-based visitors will not be disappointed.
This is the cutest little shop. Great selection of thoughtfully selected spices, coffee, and knickknacks for decorating. They have a kitchen in the back where they make their own foods and spices.
Worth driving way out of your way for, you won't regret it.
