    Historic but very nicely modernised Inn on the green. Immaculately clean. Welcoming to families. Attentive staff. Provisions cafe has gifts as well as food coffee and really good sandwiches and plates. The Tap Room is cozy and has William Morris wallpaper and a real fire with local brews and classic bar and brunch menu.

    The food was amazing. We had a group of almost 20 and they were extremely accommodating. Order the duck. Or the chicken. Or the lamb burger. Or anything else

    White Hart Provisions is very nice. Food is delicious, friendly service. A great place to grab lunch of coffee in the mornings.

    Great service. We had a super knowledgeable waiter that could answer all our questions. We only ate at the tavern, so compared to bar food it's fantastic. In general, well prepped nice ingredients with good composition. The kale Caesar salad was amazing, lamb burger was good, but the brioche bun was a bit dry and I felt the lamb was a tad under seasoned.
