Zach and Lou's Barbeque

Fantastic! Found Zack and Lou’s after looking at other reviews and we were very happy with the result. My family had the pulled chicken, ribs, brisket, and pork belly burnt ends. Along with a whole host of sides. The meats were perfectly cooked/smoked. Juicy, tender, and falling-off-the bone... you name it. Sides were all excellent. Best collard greens I have had in a long time. The counter service was extremely fast (and friendly). Parking was tight due to snow piles and certainly due to the popularity. But that is a good problem to have. Can’t wait to go back. If you appreciate the “real deal” smoked bbq, then this is your spot. You will love it.

Finally made it to Zach and Lou's and it was sooo good! We had pulled pork, ribs, pork belly ends and brisket! Macaroni and cheese and coleslaw. Everything was delicious! Such a nice atmosphere inside and so nicely decorated. The owners were so wonderful! We will definitely be back!!

Go. Seriously: go. We tried the pulled chicken, ribs, brisket, cornbread, Mac & cheese, and a stew that I forget the name of. Everything was fantastic. Meats were tender and flavorful. Sides were delicious. The stew was really great: sausage, brisket, corn, peppers, beans... and a little kick. After eating, we ordered an extra dinner to go. We were there a little before 5 on a Saturday and they had already run out of a few things, so, go early if you've got a must-have, or trust me that whatever you get will be great!
