If you ever feared buying sushi in a supermarket, then Happy Sushi will change your opinion. I had never thought of buying sushi from a supermarket, but decided to try it one day, figuring it would just confirm my fear! Boy, was I wrong! As it turned out, the salmon sushi was fresh, well made, and absolutely delicious! I decided to compare this sushi with the sushi made at a very prestigious local restaurant, known for their fresh sushi. It was actually not a fair comparison. The Happy Sushi Salmon Sushi, and the Salmon Avocado roll, were easily the winner. I started buying sushi from Happy Sushi, a few times a week, and met Mr & Mres. Lee, who both turned out to be two of the nicest folks ever. On more than one occasion, their integrity and passion for their craft, has shown me that you can count on their sushi to be fresh, and made from the highest quality products! I promise that, if you try Happy Sushi, just once..... You will become a regular customer!

The Chef does an excellent job, uses proper proportions, honors customization requests, can preorder, very fresh. It is NOT like typical supermarket prepared sushi, but much much better.
