    I want to recognize first Frank (business is all about people) and Kenyon for being a great customer centric company. Frank was the person who managed my situation which was a tear in my plastic marine grill cover. He asked me to text him pictures of the ripped grill cover, which I did, and he immediately took action and I received a new cover in 48 hrs. under warranty. The grill is less than 2 years old and is only used in the summer as it is on my boat. I applaud Kenyon for standing behind their great products and Frank for being a great employee that makes Kenyon a great company with outstanding products.

    9/12/16. Just picked up my Kenyon Frontier table top grill from a local auction. The grill looked brand new, and all the lights worked on the unit. After arriving home I discovered, even though all the lights worked, the grill would not heat. Instead of taking it back to the auction house, I called Kenyon and talked to Frank in service. Wow, what great customer service! Frank said he knew what the problem had to be, and couldn't believe it wasn't caught, as they inspect every grill before it goes out. He offered a replacement (hey, I bought this at an auction for a really low price). I asked him what the problem was, and he walked me through the repair process. It was simple enough, and my grill is as new. Having read every review I could find, I can hardly wait to use it tonight. Thank you Kenyon for such great customer service! Phil in California.

    Let me start by saying the customer service, in my experience, with this company has been great.

    My story:
    I am in the US Army and the barracks that I currently reside in uses a Kenyon two burner stove. For whatever reason, when I returned from my last deployment my stove was missing one of the knobs that comes with it (my old roommate was questionable). Anyway, I emailed Kenyon's customer service and ask how I could purchase just the knobs as a replacement. Not only did I receive a response from them in less than 24 hours, I also received two brand new knobs and a HAND WRITTEN LETTER thanking me for my service and informing me the knobs had been taking care of free of charge. Not often will you see a company this large take a personal interest in their customers. I will be seeking Kenyon products in the future as I plan and build my own house and small camper.
