Wendy's

Reviewing because it looks like management is attentive to feedback. I'm writing as I wait for my food from a drive thru order, in the parking lot. The staff does their best to keep up but something can be done to help efficiency. I love Wendy's but the wait is excessive often enough for me to reach out. Thank you for listening and I hope you can help do even better

The restaurant inside needs a serious overhaul. The tables were sticky- the RUG was sticky.
Like most fast food places the staff is understaffed and overworked. The service we received was very good but you could tell these poor people need more help and less hours!

My new favorite Wendy's!

I've been to several Wendy's since being back in CT, but I haven't written about them because they were all standard fare. Par for the course so to speak. I only tend to critique the ones that are especially good or especially bad. This one was especially GOOD.

There was a long line when I got there, but I wasn't waiting long. They were knocking those customers out left and right! I was happy when I got my food because it was so hot and so fresh that it felt like they had prepared it just for me!

If I'm totally honest here, the pretty young lady behind the counter could stand to smile once in a while, but I've done that job before so I know how hard it can be. Also, a few of the tables were messy and the window next to my table needed to be washed, but the restrooms (both of them) were clean, the (overall) service was good, and the food tasted like they knew I was coming! Nice work!

Very slow given the few customers inside. We were forced to choose Takeout because time became an issue. I would not have ordered a sloppy burger if I knew I was eating it in the car, used all the extra napkins we took! Their food is consistent and moderately priced, so that was no problem.
