La Foresta Restaurant

The service was good, the food was good and the ambience was good. Would I go again? Maybe, maybe not, probably. There was nothing remarkable about Last Foresta that would make it stand out to me other than the fact that it's probably the only decent restaurant around that area, but there was also nothing to dislike either.

So convenient if you live in rural Killingworth but when you walk in the bar area feels like the city. Food is tasty, wine selection is great and we managed to go an evening when their was an awesome pianist playing show tune music adding to a nice ambiance. The parking lot is usually packed so you know it's a great place to go to celebrate that special event.

I have been to La Foresta many times. Most recently I went after work with some co workers. I had the Stuffed Salmon. It was out of this world! Cooked to perfection! The bar staff is incredible! Two people stand out - Charlie and Marcy. Charlie makes a fabulous expresso martini, and Marcy in incredibly knowledgeable with wine as she has spent time studying this in Italy.

Last night we had a great time.The food was delicious. The wait staff were very knowledgeable about not only the food, but also the wine. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for a Great night out. Also very very clean & friendly.

Enjoyable dinner with friends. Food and service was excellent. Spicy meatball appetizer had a little kick, but was not overwhelming. Calamari appetizer was crisp and tender. Each of us were delighted by our individual seafood, pasta, and seafood/pasta entrees. We will be back. Cheers.
