The Whey Station(Ary)

Odd experience overall. Food was just "ok". Waiter waited on us at the bar (not the bartender) for some reason. Bar chairs were extremely uncomfortable to the point where I was ready to leave before the food came. My wife loves the food truck so we tried it. Me personally I wouldn't go back. Not my scene. Nothing overly compelling about the food or atmosphere. Place seems like it has an identity issue between the old bar and what it is now.

You won't be disappointed! The restaurant was quite busy when we went, and they managed it very well. The food was excellent, and the waitress attentive and friendly.

Got a notification on my phone from Google Maps that I should try this place. Ended up going with a co-worker and wasn't disappointed. Got the Barlow with Cheese Bacon Tons and Avery soda and it was delicious. Great location and atmosphere. The place has a wheelchair accessible entrance and seating, not sure about the bathroom since I didn't need to use it. Can't wait to go back!

Fantastic atmosphere and attentive staff. Creative, tasty offerings and down to earth owners make this a wonderful dining experience. Reasonable pricing with high quality food.

I’ve always wanted to try the food at the Whey Station food truck, so I was very excited to hear that the owners opened a restaurant in Middletown. The food was really delicious. I would love to return many times and try more of the food on the menu. The decor is very inviting and the service was top notch. I highly recommend if you are a fan of grilled cheese. The tater tots were the best I’ve ever had. Plus they sell Grassroots Ice Cream, which is probably one of the best in area. The Whey Stationary gets a big thumbs up ????!
