Niuda Noodle & Sushi

Best sushi joint in Middletown. Super quick and friendly service, 15% off lunch, very delicious, great presentation, generous portions. Highly recommended over the other (3) sushi places in town. Everyone needs to try to hot sour dumpling soup!

My first experience ordering from here was excellent! I just reordered similar items included the hot dumpling soup with this time is way too spicy compared the the last. My sushi rolls were also spicier than prior. Consistency would be preferred and unfortunately I cannot tolerate the heat of the soup and it was what I was most excited for :(

The food was absolutely delicious and the venue, is small and brings a cozy atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. By the time I got the check, the hostess introduced herself and the rest of the staff. The sushi is AMAZING. I recommend the Sunny roll (has tempura sea scallops) or the Paradise roll, for a crazy contract of citrus and heat. If you like it 🔥 SPICY 🥵 be careful, they mean business. The spicy snails rice noodle soup is the hottest soup they serve 🔥🔥🔥

I heard about this place from my sister & the same day me and my daughter came in here for dinner. The hostess was amazing and very nice. She told us recommendations on what to try and was very attentive to our every need. The food came out fast and was so delicious. My daughter is super picky but she loves the pork belly ramen bowl and pan fried dumplings. I highly recommend this place for a good bowl of soup & sushi! 5 stars ⭐️

I really enjoyed this restaurant. I ordered a few of the sushi and it was all very tasty and reasonably priced. Also, Lydia, the owner, was really nice.
