    Staff so very accommodating and friendly. Facility clean. Parking sometimes a challenge but worth it!

    What can one say Starbucks is Starbucks they all taste the same, which isn't such a bad thing.

    My pit stop between Boston and New York. This Starbucks is clean and friendly, centrally located next to Route 1 and the Chamber of Commerce in Old Saybrook. It's open until 8:30pm every night except Sundays. I think I've been making it my halfway stop between New York and Boston for 18 years now. A fine Connecticut Starbucks. It even has outdoor seating and easy access to both Route 1 and Main Street form the parking lot.

    Nice Starbucks, staff is cordial, service is relatively quick, plenty of seating, but parking lot traffic can be difficult depending on time of day and drive thru line.

    The coffee shop was very busy on a Sunday morning I had to wait 20 minutes to just order. The staff is very friendly and kind the place is fairly clean!
