(July 24, 2018, 3:16 pm)I ordered over the phone. The lady asked me if I wanted to put the tip on the card. I said, "Yeah, how much is the standard percentage, 18%?" The lady asked me to hold on one second. I said thats fine. When she got back on the phone she never answered my question about the percentage. I just think its sneaky because I did the math. They put 25% which is not even what I asked to put on my spouses card. He did want to know why the bill came out that high, but I just told him I was really hungry. So you are covered this time Santini's. But please do better in the future.
