    The food is great. And the service is fantastic. I love the food there. Alexa an employee there always gets my order correct and is very kind and courteous to us. Please acknowledge her excellent work ethic and dedication to her job. Thank you!

    Food is better than other fast food places of similar type of food. Plus Duchess has sandwiches and meal options as well as salads and soups and more. Only downside the drive through took a while.

    This place has been here since the 70's. The food is great. Onion rings are the best in Connecticut.

    This Derby, Ct. location is pretty good. Fast service at drive-thru, hot dogs we got were good but too much sauerkraut; made hot dog bun soggy. All & all I do recommend this Duchess.
