GREAT PLACE! Shoreline destination with one of a kind ambience inside and out, excellent food, good crowd. A favorite. Rob and Chris run it right.

A bit on the pricy side for the amount of food. But so e of the better BBQ in CT! Cute outdoor area as well, great place to social distance hang.

Great spot with a great garden, pergola, etc. Chris is the consummate restaurateur. Hard to find a cooler place on the shoreline. A +++

Pretty cool place. It can be surprisingly difficult to find a BBQ place that lets you pick and choose a sample of different meats rather than having to order each individual one as a 1/2 pound. I had the "pick 2" platter and got both the pulled pork and brisket. The pulled pork was pretty good but the brisket was amazing. The Texas slaw was also very good. One thing I didn't like was the small amount of sauce you get. They have a nice selection of about 6-8 sauces but they come in a tiny plastic cup and you have to keep asking for more. A squeeze bottle on the table would have been MUCH better. The coffee sauce and the Carolina mustard were delicious. With a brewery right down the street, this is a place everyone must go to. I don't know much about smokers but the ones that have out back are HUGE. Check them out, right next to the little farm market building.

Good food. Interesting atmosphere. Very unique place. Be sure to walk through the cool garden. They have a great menu with lots of different meat to choose from such as brisket and pulled pork. They have wonderful unique sides. I want to try all of them. The cornbread is ok.
