A mother and daughter team making Healthy and Delicious paleo food! They have options to order and eat there or already prepared meals and baked goods to stock up your fridge and freezer.

What a wonderful place! I am so happy there is a cafe nearby that offers paleo meals. Everything is delicious and it's the only place I am comfortable bringing my family to. We had a recent family gathering at Newbrook and it was lovely. Cindy and Danielle make everything easy to plan and we could just enjoy the food and each other's company. Check them out for a quick bite or a planned lunch!

This is an amazing hidden jem! The family owned business is a quaint grain-free, dairy-free restaurant that offers some of the most tastiest, healthy food I've ever had!

What a great find this little but amazing place is to have lunch at! I had the avocado toast with fried egg that was out of this world delicious. Staff was friendly and atmosphere bright and clean!

cozy spot with excellent food. high quality, organic ingredients, and free of artificial additives and commonly avoided foods like grains, corn, and soy. great for anyone-- plant based, paleo, or unrestricted (more plant based options on the way as well).

I loved my cauliflower crust pesto pizza and my dad loved his paleo bacon + fried egg pizza-- he said it was even better than traditional pizza in some ways. The winter salad (spinach + roasted vegetables with cranberry vinaigrette) was also top notch.
