AMARONE RESTAURANT

We just celebrated our anniversary here! Wanted to try a new place and Amarone's did not disappoint. Our waiter was really nice and refilled my water, which is a big plus for me, and the food was delicious. My husband and I shared the mussels appetizer, and they had a zucchini flowers with goat cheese special which was so good! For dinner my husband had the rack of lamb (on the specials too) which he loved, and I got the gnocchi Genovese which I really enjoyed. They also have half priced wine bottles on Mondays, so we got one too! Loved this restaurant and we will definitely be back!

Fantastic lunch! We sat at the bar and the tender (John) was welcoming and served us well. The place was lightly busy for a Tuesday lunch and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. I had a vodka soda followed by Peroni- both were served in cold clean glasses and delicious. I had the Chicken Parmesan as a base tester and my friend had the parpadelli. Both were preceded by fresh warm bread with olive oil & balsamic. The portions were perfect for lunch and left us filled, happy, and able to go back to work without being bogged down. I plan on going back for dinner as soon as I can!

Everything about AMARONE is superior. Guilford is so lucky to have a restaurant of this caliber. Try the veal dish. Can’t remember the exact name, but it fills your entire plate !!

I have been to Amarones twice in the last month with different friends. Can always tell with good bread to start that the meal will be as well!! Attention to detail. Both times we had exceptional service and the food was delicious and prepared exactly how we asked. We love the music and the atmosphere and will be back again soon!
