Dunkin'

It was always a pleasure coming here for coffee and a donut or a sandwich and just sit and spend a couple of hours , but not too long ago I was in there with my friends enjoying coffee, and two fellows were in there very loud and one of them started swearing at me and then they got up and they left. my girlfriend was in there the other day having coffee and two ladies came in talking about the lottery , my girlfriend Reacted to one of the conversations that they were having and the lady turned around and told my girlfriend she was very negative thinking and she was very rude to her , so unfortunately it looks like my girlfriend and I will not be patronizing this donut shop too much longer, I got a donut today and it looks like there was a little green spot on it and the attendant told me that he thought it was a sprinkle, my girlfriend got a bagel and it tasted terrible she had to return it but they replaced her bagel.
Please see what you can do to better enhance the environment of your lobby on 1399 Dixwell Ave.
Thank you a very concerned customer who really doesn’t want to stop coming there for coffee but cannot take the chance if customers that come in there and sit Are going to swear at you and be rude to you people will just automatically get up and find another Dunkin Donuts to go to .

Half hot cocoa half coffee....the best ever

Shift leader Nicole recommend a great hybiscus ???? ???? tea for my husband and i and also the proper way to drink with ???? and a little sugar we really enjoyed and we will certainly be back because of Nicole's great service.

My sis and I went there today, 1/14/19
We went thru the drive thru.
There were a lot of cars the there, service was slow.
But I got what I wanted.
The folks were pleasant and gave us our order, except the forgot a donut which they gave it to us rite away.
