Real food really well made by great people

We were at The Table last weekend for the first time. I have not stopped thinking about the entire experience. The food Chef Paul cooked in the open kitchen and served to us for dinner was outstanding...probably the best meal I have ever had. That says a lot, since we have eaten in some of the "top rated" restaurants in N.Y. and N.J.
After eating there for dinner, l had a cooking lesson with Chef Paul. It was another 5 star experience. He taught me cutting, preparing and cooking skills/techniques. Then he showed me how to make some of my favorite meals, the ones I often get out at a restaurant.
Thank you, Chef Paul (and John) for this opportunity. It was really GREAT!!

Great experience, you've got to try it. We did a Saturday, the whole table and Sicilian because the group is traveling there this summer. I went in wondering if we were guiding him off into less impressive abilities, but not the case. Food was great! Very attentive. Highly recommend.

We hired Chef Paul to cater our wedding of about 100 people and we're so glad we did! He created an amazing menu based on a few of our likes/dislikes and the very rough theme we gave him. Our food was so fun and unique and the menu had something for everyone, including those with various food allergies.
Everything was served on time, all of the guests loved the food, and the staff was very attentive (especially to my husband and me, which I thought was very sweet).
Something that maybe not everyone cares about-the kitchen was spotless after the wedding. We rented a venue that was pretty bare bones and had very strict guidelines about cleanup and we were very thankful that we didn't have to worry about any that with Chef Paul and staff!

The best meal I think I've ever had. Chef Paul is a fun and inviting host and an unbelievably chef. There was more than enough to take home for an entire second meal. Well worth the ticket price. You will not be disappointed
