I have eaten here three times since December. The first time the waitress was phenomenal. The last two times wait staff terrible! They never checked back with us once our food was served to ask if we needed anything, never refilled our water, never asked if we wanted more alcoholic beverages and brought our check without asking if we wanted coffee and dessert.
The food usually is piping hot but my food was cold when the runner brought it to our table.
It’s too bad because the atmosphere here is great and they have a wonderful menu but their wait staff needs more training.

Excellent service by all wait staff. Visited on Friday evening around 5pm. Manager comes around to random tables asking patrons how everything is. Very customer service oriented. Thanks again!

Had a great night! Great ending to a stressful day. Our waiter was WONDERFUL, very attentive, food was delicious. Why only 4 stars, 1st round of drinks were incredible, but the 2nd round took layers of skin off. Had to ask for a redo. Other than that, great night!!!!!

Maggie’s is always great. They’ve condensed their menu which was a long time coming because their previous one was too overwhelming with options but this one is perfect. Every item we ordered tasted fantastic & the customer service was just as good. Can’t wait to visit again!
