This place is a Milford staple and a gem of a different era. One of the few places in CT where you can get Murphy's on tap! Seafood is excellent and good enough that they probably invented a damn lobster roll (hot and buttered is called CT style for a reason!) Its cozy as its styled as an old country kitchen in a salt shack house. It can get busy durring a Fri/Sat night as its part of a downtown Milford Scene and being right across from some other more modern bars but that comes in handy too, as its a great place to finish the night.

Great little place for food and drinks. Fun late night drinking crowd too. If you are from the area, it's a great place to run into old friends.

Nice and cozy dining area. The claim chowder had a lot of fresh tasting claims and the lobster roll was great tasting and it was a lot of buttery taste. I felt the price is well worth it and the staff were very nice and attentive. I came from Waterbury and will be going back. I found this place when I asked my computer "where is the best place to go for a lobster roll. MMmmm !!!

Seafood Chowder was good and the fired scallops were cooked perfectly. Though for me the scallops had too much batter type breading and not the crispiness I prefer the scallops were cooked perfectly so I really did enjoy them but removed the breading on half. Service was very friendly and fast; chowder came within 3 minutes and scallops within 5 minutes after that. Do not judge this place by how it looks on the outside.

First time there, we had their fish and chips. The fish tasted like it was just caught! Absolutely delicious, cooked just right! Waiters are very courteous and patient. Generous portions also. We'll worth it. Definitely will come back. ????
