The employees are so kind and helpful (special shout-out to MaryBeth, Bridget & Evan). The online ordering is efficient & easy to use. Everything is made from literal scratch and made to order, which means the wait is definitely worth it. If you haven’t tried Scratch Baking yet, it’s a must!
