Jersey Mike's Subs

The subs are always great but the last 3 times I went into the Oxford store I stood at the order counter where they slice the cold cuts and not 1 employee would acknowledge me for at least 4 mins. Totally understandable if they’re busy but a simple “I’ll be right with you” would be nice. Everyone else is so pleasant for the rest of the time it’s just so weird that literally ignore you at first

It was a light weight sandwich. I’ve been ordering their sandwiches for years from various locations in CT, and including our hometown on the Jersey shore, and the ones I’ve ordered from Oxford are definitely lacking in substance and weight. Flavor is there but that’s about it.

My husband and I have gone the past two nights for dinner. We love it. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious
To switch it up I had a bowl to replace the bread last night it was absolutely delicious.

Welcome to Oxford Scott, Maddeline and William. The restaurant is beautiful and you’re doing a great job having plenty of staff to greet new customers and familiarize them with JM.

I loved my #17 (Famous Philly) and all the ingredients were fresh. Staff are very attentive and wanted to be sure that everyone walking in the door felt welcome and comfortable.

My only suggestion would be to ask customers (before they pay) if they’re already part of the Shore Points Rewards Program. That way, they won’t miss out on any purchases. My bad, I forgot when I paid.
