    Of all the area McDonald's I've ate at. Southbury always seems to cook the food just right. Fast and clean service also.

    Best McDonald's I've been to. Still a McDonald's, but certainly better than most.

    It was very crowded when I walked in. There is no drive-thru, so I assumed that was the reason. There was a spill on the floor right inside the entrance, which was being cleaned. The staff, although very nice, were constantly apologizing for the long wait. I realized a second reason for the crowd and long wait: you had to order at a touchscreen kiosk. This takes quite a bit longer than ordering at the counter because you have to scroll through various menus until you find what you want. Very convenient if organized properly. There were 6 kiosks though, so the staff couldn't keep up with the orders. The food was sub-par for McDonald's.
