McDonald's

It's McDonald's.. It's like all the others.. Overall, they get my order right and service is usually quick. 5 stars because it's exactly how McDonald's is supposed to be.

As soon as we walked in they try to get us to use the touch screen to place our order while nobody in line at the register. I already have to fill my own soda, where does it stop? Soon we will have to flip burgers.

This was my first time at this McDonald's in Wallingford CT , Very Respectful, Nice, Clean. Great Customer Service. Keep up the good work!

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into McDonald's. It was modernized in a warm and welcoming floor design. There were counter like seating, regular seating arrangements in an open space concept. This made the interior cozy. Their was a playroom. So if the parents wanted to relax with a cup of coffee, they could. At the same time they could watch their kids playing thru a glass wall. The service was excellent. The staff delivered your meal to your table with a smile. I found the experience of eating there quite enjoyable.

Terrific customer service the employees are absolutely Awesome and nice. The food always comes out fresh I've never had one issue with the French fries are always nice hot crispy. Actually I don't think I've ever had an issue here one single time.
