Funju Noodle Bar

Nice to finally have an authentic ramen place in town! Service was fantastic- thank you. Broth noodles and bamboo shoots were very flavorful. Got red bean and green tea mochi too!

Our server, Jamal, was very pleasant and helpful. Prices were reasonable. Serving sizes were very good. Super clean and comfortable to dine there. Delicious! Will visit again soon.

Immaculate and beautiful restaurant. Delicious dishes, apps, desserts and a very interesting and unique Bubble Tea list. I've been ordering from Funju via Uber Eats for a while so I decided to stop in today with my wife. We loved everything about it. Attentive and friendly staff. Can't wait to come back and spread the word to others! ????????

So, I wrote a review already on this, but guess I didn't hit post? We'll see if another one pops up on here how close I remembered what I wrote the first time.
While I'm not a big fan of ramen, I think I am a big fan of this place. I got the dish with the braised pork belly. It's a must have! The pork belly in this was melt in your mouth good! But really the dish itself was great! The sprouts, scallions, egg, even the noodles. I say even the noodles as I'm not a big pasta fan. I don't know what made these special, but I killed them!
Now to me I think the bowls that they serve here are BIG! I know my eyes can be bigger than my stomach and I thought this was going to be the case here. That said, I think it was just right. I was fully full be the end and glad it wasn't any more. While I'm sure I could have stuffed more in, I'm glad I didn't have to.
Service here was just right. It wasn't to busy when visiting, maybe still it was a little early? But they seem to keep an eye out and came over just enough.
I would definitely like to try other items on the menu here. Everything sounds great. While it's not a huge menu, I think it offers just the right amount of variety. Go here today....
