Memories at the Tradition

Our Easter Brunch experience here was off the charts Great! We were on a wait list for the 11:00 sitting and were accommodated very quickly and given a table for 5. For the price, I was astounded by the amount of food offered with a complete carving station with multiple meats as well as a long line of foods from eggs Benedict to salmon to one of the best seafood risottos I have every had! When u thought it couldn't get any better, around the corner was a full Venetian style table filled with peti fores , cakes,pies,fruit, canolis, and chocolate cups filled with chocolate mousse! We thought the setup was great and the patrons formed 2 lines to get their food which moved the 120 + people quickly through the line. Everyone had time to go up for seconds and if u could, thirds...lol! This blew away most of the Sunday Brunches in Ct and boy have we been to just about all of them! Hope you guys do something like this again for Mother's Day!! Hint, hint...Thank you again for such a great experience!!!

We enjoyed the dinner here (Annual Company Event) the staff was quite helpful with accommodations. The food was decent, and the Bartender was Great! The bar was well stocked.
