Lobster Tail Food Truck

One of the best lobster rolls I’ve ever had... and that’s saying a lot. All claw and knuckle with no fillers. Clam strips were excellent too. Kids loved the hotdogs. I’m going to be watching out for where they pop up. Little Red Barn Brewers was a blast with LT’s truck!!

At Shebeen Brewing Company. Thoroughly enjoyed a lobster roll on a Sunday afternoon in January! What a wonderful treat! Spoke with the owner. She was very sweet! Loves her job and very personable! Now we can't wait for our onion strings to arrive!

A lot of people say that seafood and cheese should never be paired together. Italians will give you a dirty look if you put cheese on seafood. But I've had lobster mac & cheese and it's delicious. And now Lobster Tails Food Truck created a mouth-watering Lobster Grilled Cheese.
Two thick slices of fresh bread buttered and toasted and topped with plenty of tender sweet lobster and thick slices of gruyere cheese all melted and married together into a sinful sandwich.
They also offer hot and cold lobster rolls, clam strips, hot dogs, fries, poutine, fried pickles, and more.
Lobster Tails Food Truck is parked daily on Route 5 in Wallingford across from the bowling alley.
