    The guy who answered my call and ultimately delivered my pizza was the friendliest guy ever and gave great customer service. The pizza was great too.

    AMAZING food. Loved every bite. The delivery time was okay. Service was also fabulous. I would definitely recommend and eat there again. Best pizza place in Waterbury

    They're alright. I enjoy their pizza and the ease of ordering online. However the last time I ordered they we're late on delivering my pizza saying something went wrong with their oven and that they we're doing my order now despite that their tracker online saying it was delivered. Needless to say pizza was fine, the popcorn chicken wasn't very good , I dunno it didn't taste like how I remembered. this isnt my first time ordering from them but I have never ever had this problem occur.

    I love ya Papa John's but my suggestion as a loyal customer who is still going to continue ordering from you , if your oven is on the fritz it would be considerate of you to call the consumer and let them know.
