Went there saturday night and they were overbooked
.we ended up eating outside . The owner came to our table an explained some of the waitstaff didnt show up. Food was outstanding.

I like Aldo's very much. Having eaten there many, many times, in every season, and having eaten in most other Italian eateries in Waterbury ... I must say it's the best.
It's quiet, and out of the way, but not hard to find. I like to get there by 5:30, because by 6pm the line is forming ... seriously.
I'll rate their ravioli ... excellent, served in a delicious sauce, with bread sticks, crisp garden salad. I always get a side of spicy Italian sausage, and a beer to round it out.
Are you kidding? Doesn't get any better than this!!!
