STEPHANIE R WAS VERY SWEET AND MADE EVERYTHING RIGHT

Although food is good my order is always wrong. I ordered 3 burger meals last week only ketchup and cheese with 2 chicken strip meals. All burgers were loaded with mustard and pickles, chicken meal was missing fries. Today I had someone get me a chicken strip meal with fries , came back and it wasn’t fries I had onion rings ??‍♀️.

Went through drive thru on Friday of first opening week... went smoothly, polite and very nice people at drive thru window...we were asked to pull over to a designated waiting area for our blizzards, which is great instead of holding up the line... food was good...not great...fries could have been crisper, but burgers char broiled taste rivals the Whopper, so a really good burger in my opinion...

I went inside the place there today and ordered some ice cream. While I was there, a nice cashier name Vanessa was working. (This happened around 5:45PM) She was polite and was doing her job perfectly. I guess it must have happened before I came inside but apparently someone wasn’t wearing a mask. I understand that they have a policy for it, but, what turned me off the most was, not one but two managers stood right in front of her cash register and pretty much yelled at her saying “you must tell people to wear a mask or they can’t come in here!!! This is a warning!!”

First of all, this is for the two managers working there...show some proper manners to your employees when there are a ton of people there and not do that in front of everyone. Secondly, it doesn’t take two mangers to tell someone this. There was one manger was basically the “mask police” to her staff like the entire time there reminding them about there masks. Like I said, I understand there is a pandemic but don’t need to be shouting to everyone every moment about it.

The ice cream was good. Vanessa, you rocked! Despite the fact I felt like you were “belittled” in front of everyone, you remained professional.

I will come back, but, because she was so nice.

This is why you get a 3 star rating for now...show some respect for the people who work for you. They are trying there best considering you just opened and with covid-19 going on...
