The food is excellent. The person taking the order is always friendly. And the food never takes more than half an hour, sometimes in 20 minutes or less. The prices are average for a Chinese food restaurant. We always order from their, almost never disappoints.

I haven't ordered from Bao's in about 20-25 years being as how I have moved all over the place. My usual go-to Chinese restaurant China Sea decided to sell the business to new owners and I'm not a big fan of their food anymore. It's not bad, just different. Anyway, my family tried ordering from King Chef which also used to be really good but not anymore. I reluctantly tried Bao's not knowing what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised! The women that take the orders are polite, fast and accurate. They repeated my entire order back to me and my food is always here within 20 minutes (and I live on the other side of town). Order from here!
Been going there for years! I remember when it had just opened. Courteous, Friendly staff ALWAYS. I'm allergic to spices they never have a problem accommodating to my specifics and they're so friendly about it genuinely. I suggest if you want good Chinese food this is the place to go and the way is never long.
