“How does this place not have people out the door? Pepe's is EASILY 3rd place to Abate and Zeneli on Wooster street. This little place has amazing pizza and you get some genuine Italian charm from the staff there. They pretty much only do personal pizzas (10" maybe?) But there are other menu options as well. They come out very fast due to how thin the crust is but it is somehow crunchy and chewy at the same time. Beautiful toppings and olive oil go on these pizzas. It makes me feel like I'm back in Italy. I highly recommend you skip the line at Pepe's and try this place out if you never have before!”

“I had had multiple people rave about Joey's to me, and having gotten food from here a few times now, I'm raving too! I ordered in person once, and on Doordash the second time and both were a breeze. The falafel is the best I've ever had (which is saying something considering it's one of my favorites), every item I've had tastes fresh and delicious, and the service is friendly and outstanding. Very, very reasonably priced as well considering how quality everything is. I'm very glad to have this breath of fresh air in town and will be telling others about Joey's!”

“I was so excited that there was a new restaurant opening up down the street from my new house and I finally got to go last night! From the start the service was amazing. I called ahead and was told it was appropriately an hour wait so I gave my name and number. I got a phone call about 20 minutes later and the really nice girl that was hosting said a table opened up for us! I really appreciated that and I think she went above and beyond! Great start! My boyfriend got the bay scallops and they were to die for! Tender with just a dash of sweet, and you get a good amount for the money! I got a steak and cheese and it was better than any steak and cheese I’ve had in the area! The waitress was pleasant and attentive and overall we had a great time! Can’t wait to return! Mind you, we are both middle eastern (Palestinian to be exact)I have to say that this was one of the BEST middle eastern restaurants I have ever eaten at in Connecticut. My grandmother thought so as well and she’s not an easy one to impress. The meat was perfectly cooked, the atmosphere was beautiful and clean, service was friendly. Will definitely be back!”
