“Jersey Mike's in Milford CT is absolutely wonderful!!!! My husband and I went on 12/9 around 6:30. It was pouring outside. We wanted something quick and good. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with smiles and a very warm welcome. There were two girls working there and they were so friendly. I really didn't expect such kindness. We got two subs I got the Italian a classic I can't remember what my husband got. Between the delicious food and the wonderful people working there we will definitely be going back soon. I'm not a big sub person but Jersey Mike's has changed that. Can't v wait to go back!!!”

“I have driven by barbarossa several times, the aesthetics of the building inside and out are pretty simple and humble. Their customer service was that of a five star hotel restaurant, one of the gentle men from the back came to the front desk to help me with a takeout order, in which he went above mankind to meet my diet restrictions related to a health sensitivity. The food was so fresh with generous portions and such a variety of items to choose from, I am now a true customer of theirs.”

“Love this place! My husband and I went with friends and although we made it difficult for sitting arrangements the waiter was very helpful, patient and extremely friendly. “This was my first time visiting, my daughter took me here for my birthday. As we entered the restaurant the atmosphere and greeting was awesome.The decor was warm and cozy, nice and clean, as well as the ladies room was clean. Our sever Ryan was awesome he ask if this was our first visit? Ryan was very friendly, attentive, and suggested items on the menu that was he's favorite I mention that it was my birthday, Ryan wished me a happy birthday and as we finished lunch Ryan and several other servers sung happy birthday, with a piece of cheesecake which touched my heart. Eating here at Hook & Reel was an awesome experience, that sometime is a thing of the past awesome job well done. I will return and tell my friends we were pleased with the price.
