As soon as we heard that Chef Tim was involved (knew him from another restaurant), we made going here a priority. Do yourself a favor and go here too. Great burgers and a wonderful "Old New England" atmosphere.

Hands down, best burger in CT. Love the local produce and meat. More restaurants should strive to do so, especially with the amazing deliciousness it produces. Talking with the chef from a small table nearby was a delight as he served up burgers and we talked local cheeses. They have some cool events coming up (pairings, etc) I hear, so looking forward to returning when I am in the area!

Delicious locally grown food varies with the season. Friendly and efficient staff. Food is prepared in the room where it is served. The dining space is relatively small but comfortable.

Incredible farm to table, locally sourced food. We tried a little of everything and it was all delicious. Their grass fed beef burger was incredible and my favorite. They have a handful of different burger options and I’m looking forward to trying something new on my next visit. Great staff and service as well. Thanks guys!

    I finally made it here!
I came with another foodie friend. we ordered 2 starters. headcheese with lots of delicious topping that were placed on a thin slice of toasted pumpernickel bread. It was a delicate flavor and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Our second starter was pork pate, also delicious and also served on thinly toasted pumpernickel topped with crispy pork skin. Then we shared this amazing short rib melt. This was my favorite. They used Mystic cheese, caramelized onions and the most tender short rib... we were in heaven! last but not least, we shared two tacos, a Brussels & kale taco and then a cheese taco.
The staff are passionate! huge win! also enjoyed listening to the chef on how items were created/processed. Very educating.
thank you for a wonderful and very reasonably priced meal!
    10/10 highly recommend!
