Sift Bake Shop Mystic

We saw the owner on a cooking competition and had to try his store out. It's incredible. I have a huge sweet tooth and it is satisfied here. However, it's the savory items that are incredible. The quiche and various savory croissants are family favorites.

The prices are quite good actually. $50 can make a lot of people happy or one person extremly happy and later very sad. Thankfully for the sake of my waistline it's about an hour away but we try to visit every month.

Wow. The cakes doesn't look just good, they look amazing and the taste it just unbelievable. Had a coffe and a cake on the second floor balcony which faces the harbour.
Came back to mystic few days after and had to visit the sift again to try something different. Again -amazing. !!! The staff are really friendly.

GOOD LUCK , trying to find a negative thing about this place. From the staff to the facility, and the food the food where do I start? Fresh clean and visually amazing and very fairly priced. I have never had a single item from here that I did not like period. Very very well done fantastic food.

Just bought one of almost everything you had on display! 🤣😂 Luckily we're having company today. Sampled chocolate croissant and a piece of peanut butter cream and cookie paradise on the way home. You do not disappoint!! Everything as yummy as it looked! Can't wait to share the rest with our friends this evening! So nice to have a beautiful pastry and cookies to serve to our gluten free friend for a change! Adam's title is well deserved, and the young woman waiting on us was extremely patient and pleasant to the end!

We always go to Sift when we visit Mystic, at least 3x year. I have yet to have anything here that was not good. Thus, what's best becomes subjective, as illustrated by my family each having their favorite item. I recommend you also use your opinion to decide what's best at Sift and I'm fairly certain you'll try a lot of good things!
