(June 12, 2018, 12:18 pm)Hit or miss. Does not prioritize Customer Service and like most Dinkins has inconsistent product quality. The apathetic employees are a reflection of a weak management team. They have a monopoly over the plaza for coffee and hot Grab-and-Go meals, so overall quality is not likely to improve.
