Chipotle Mexican Grill

I was overcharged for my order and when I finally realized it I called and spoke with a manager who very kindly covered my next meal at the establishment. I really enjoy this restaurant for a quick meal. I don't eat much fast food at all. The taste of it is almost unbearable to me so I was thrilled to have a Chipotle come into Norwich with it's fresh ingredients. Will be returning. Devon, thanks again.

Second time getting bowls from this new Chipotle and they are, as one of the other reviewers said, way better than the Groton location. We've eaten at many Chipotles throughout the country and use the Glastonbury one as our standard for excellence. Norwich is almost as good but for a skimpier amount of meat on the bowls. Would like to see that improved on. Moe's doesn't hold a candle to the taste and freshness of Chipotle and Chipotle isn't even in the same category as Taco Bell so there's NO comparison there. Looking forward to regular runs to Chipotle in Norwich - glad to have you here!

The first couple times we went it was great! Food was so good. The third time it wasn’t very good at all & they were out of stuff. They’re still working out the kinks I’m sure. I’ll give them another shot. I hope today’s visit won’t be the norm.

Went to the grand opening, brand new building that constriction was just finished on. There is a very pleasant crew! Tasty and fair priced food for the quality. There is not too much parking for this mini plaza so I would reccomend ordering ahead and using the express pickup lane.
