    They're awesome stuff my drink when I got home took a picture of it went back and no questions about it they made me a new one excellent service great people service with a smile

    Dunkin donuts has never failed. The one here on West Main Street has great courteous service and fast service.

    I've started coming here semi-regularly, but my last trip was especially subpar. Not terrible, but enough to complain about.
    I was charged twice for the hot chocolate I ordered (which I was reimbursed for, but only after I mentioned it) and the cup was maybe 60% of the way filled, and I didn't get the donut I ordered. When I mentioned it, I was told by the cashier with contempt that they "didn't hear that" (which was strange because it was included in the total price on the receipt anyhow) and I was handed a donut that wasn't even the donut I ordered. The bagel I ordered was fine though, and the woman who made it for me was rather kind. I opted not to make a big deal over it all, since it wasn't like the donut was inedible or anything. Just kind of unfortunate that it wasn't what I ordered.
    Overall this trip in particular wasn't great, but my other couple of visits prior have been generally fine.
