King Wah Chinese Restaurant

Typical Chinese food, was pretty good though. Portions are pretty big, plenty of left overs. I will eat here again.

Our favorite Chinese takeout out in town! THE ONLY CHINESE TAKEOUT IN TOWN!! King Wah is the best Chinese food in and around Norwich! 5 stars all the way!!

This is my go to, I love their wings, their spring rolls( both better than u can find anywhere else). I called in an order for my mom, I sometimes want other stuff, they know what they're doing. I went there today, I have to get my hips and my knees replaced , that step up to their place can be a challenge, but I try it because their food is so worth it. I got my order, then, one if their employees (an angel) said she will help me out, I started ugly crying! I couldn't stop. She hugged me, WHAT? I WILL NEVER FORGET THIS SPECIAL PERSON, I WAS EVEN BALLING WHEN I WALKED IN THE DOOR!! SHE IS AN ANGEL!!

I have been visiting King Wah for years now for Chinese food in Norwich. Their food is great and very inexpensive. A bonus for me is how close they are to me so it's a quick drive up the street to pick up my food. They are really fast with getting your food ready and I very rarely end up waiting once I get there the traditional 10-15 minutes after ordering (for small to medium sized orders). They don't deliver, which is a small downside, but the prices are so low I really don't mind the small drive to grab it myself.
If you are calling to order, I would recommend writing down your order or knowing 100% what you want so you can order quickly and not forget anything. They can be quick and rushed on the phones because they are often quite busy and you really want to just call out your order quickly and decisively. Remember to ask them for the price or pickup time if you want to know ahead of time. Some may find the employees there rude but I know they are often very busy and are trying to keep service quick. It never bothers me and I appreciate how hard they work and how good the food is for the prices they are charging.
