Food is not as good as it used to be

The salads are amazing. They are fresh with creative choices standard. They will willingly substitute other choices if you want like almonds for walnuts. Food is quickly prepared and ready for pickup when you arrive.

Food was great. Needed more help at the time we were there though. The one Lady was running around ragged.

Amazing wraps and Sandwich, Salades have amazing choices and everything is always fresh. Italian cookies are a must!

First, the food here is generally delicious. The ingredients are quality and they have some wonderful combinations for their special panini's and wraps. Unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired. While trying to order lunch I called 5 separate times only to be met with a busy signal every time. I finally decided to go in to order in person.

I placed an order for 1 salad and 1 panini. I was told it would be 10-15min. After sitting there for over 30 minutes, my order was finally ready. I could hear the staff talking and how disorganized they were ("Where's the lettuce?" several times, "Don't do that, I'll do that and you work on this", "Did you do this for this order?", "Where's the slip for that order?"), leading to slowness and inefficiency. When people in the office order lunch from here, they sometimes place the order at 10AM just to make sure that we'll have it delivered on time for lunch.

This service needs to be addressed and remedied. If you're catering to a lunch crowd and billing yourself as "fast food", a 30min wait time for a walk-in order is unacceptable.

Edit: After return visits, the service seems to have improved. The food really is delicious and, with improved wait times and service, I've bumped the rating up to a 4*.
