“I will say this place was very clean! A clean place is always a good thing when buying food. So when we went there was a sign saying be back in 1 min. We waited 5 min, came back in 15 and still no one there. Then walked by again and finally someone came out. The guy was nice and quick to help. But between the wait and when we got our pretzel it seemed like it was kind of old and stale so hopefully our next visit will be good.”

“Always enjoy my meal here as it is prepared fresh and never disappoints. Order double meat on the chicken teriyaki and it is easily shared by two (hint- when they offer extra sauce say yes). The one criticism is that their refill policy on soft drinks has been inconsistent. I am never denied a refill for $.50, but my ex-wife and son have both been denied. Other than that, love, love, love the food.”

“I don’t usually go to Olive Gardens but on this particular business trip, I found one in Waterford and decided to give it a try. It’s a really beautiful place that mimics a local street in Italy. The food is actually pretty good! The portions were just about right without but being too much or too little. Service came with a smile and the evening ended with a really enjoyable dinner as I imagined myself dining, in the streets of Calabria.”

“Stood in line for 30 minutes as our food got cold. Food tasted fine, but by the time they finished the prepped food it was cold. Additionally, had to wait for them to cook onions and they "used their last box of mushrooms" that night and had no more. Our food didn't get cold waiting on onions, it was from wwaiting for them to get it together. They had one mode--slow. It was dirty. Food on the prep floor and chips all over the floor, counter and mixed with the ice holding the few cartons of milk. Portions were quite skimpy because they were out or running out of onions, mushrooms, and steak that I knew of. Wouldn't recommend it. The line is always long no matter the time of day. Think they need some better management.”

We came in this evening for dinner while we were enjoying our meal, the staff were yelled and cursed at by a drunken customer, and every single one of the staff handled this with complete professionalism. I must give the manager highest compliments for the way he handled the situation with ease. The food was excellent as always and you have earned a customer for life. If I could give 10 stars I would. Kudos for handling this bad situation in the manner that you did for the customers in the dining room.”

“The fried shrimp and scallops are great. I came back and got the hot lobster roll. I could have made a better roll, personally. Just a piece of bread with lobster meat and a cup of butter. Stick with other menu items, particularly fried seafood. The hot lobster roll could use some spicy mayo and/or some melted cheese. I wouldn't order it again, as it was plain and dry.”
