JRego's Gathering Place

JRego's gets a firm "thumbs-up" and we highly recommend this new place in Ellington. The owners are on site and making sure everything is top notch. The staff is customer oriented, we had Danielle, who was great to work with. The owner stopped by to see how things were going... This is a good sign for future success! The menu is wide and fun! Prices are reasonable. Try the Stuffed Crepes or the delicious Cuban Panini.

Everything was perfect! Absolutely scrumptious food, attentive and friendly service, cozy/fun environment...can't say enough good things about this place! There's a really cool sense of community here too.

Their food is incredible- generous portions. Definitely get the sliders appetizer and the pesto gnocchi if you go. Or the salmon. Wait staff was so kind and helpful. Highly recommend

My girlfriend and I had the NY strip steaks for dinner. They were both cooked perfectly. My girlfriend's steak tasted very good, but did have fat running throughout. We very much enjoyed our meals, but it would be nice to have a dinner roll to start. Also would be nice to have a soup as a starter.

We will definitely be back.

We just tried this new place, and we're so fortunate to have such a great place in our little town. The wine list had some surprising bottles that we don't see everywhere. The food was excellent. I love the idea of savory crepes, which are not something you can find on many restaurant menus.
