Grey Fox Grille and Public House

Great food! Pleasant atmosphere. The Sous Chef visited our table to see how our meal went. This was a very pleasant surprise. In the several places we've eaten, that has never happened. We will come back for another meal.

On a Friday afternoon , parking was easy, seating plentiful, fireplace roaring, waitress pleasant and helpful. The menu had a good variety from which to choose. The fair was delivered in a very timely manner and presented well and delicious. Prices--$$. Enjoy!

Three friends met for lunch on Monday. Parked at the door. Heather took great care of us, without any rush. At 4 I noticed that we were the only patrons in the place. I asked Heather and she told me they closed at 3. We were embarrassed, but the employees laughed and said there was no rush. The Grey Fox was actually closed for the day - no dinner service on Monday nights. The food (burgers) were very good, especially the King of Denmark - huge and delicious. We'll be back. Three sandwiches, one glass of wine, 3 coffees and two iced teas, including tip, came to $21 per person. Great looking bar, too.

Incredible service! Every entree on the menu I've tasted has been delectable, and outstanding. The flavor and presentation of each menu item that I've tasted personally and that I've seen leave the kitchen is like nothing I've ever seen in any restaurant in Dover DE. The Grey Fox is an amazing restaurant. I've been all over the world and I've never had some of the flavors on my taste buds that I've had at the Grey Fox. The brunch menu on Saturday and Sunday has items on the menu that you will never get anywhere else. Between the outstanding service, the variety of appetizers, the uniquity of the entrees, the creativity of the chefs, this restaurant will give you a dining experience unlike anything you're going to have anywhere else in the world.
