Went on Thursday and got the special which was $5 for a burger and homemade chips. What a deal! The burger was wonderful!

Highly suggest trying this place if you are hungry.

What a great place with excellent beer choices. Went there twice during my visit. I liked the food and can't wait to try their BBQ.

I’ve been here a few times now and only once has everything been perfect. Most of the time you’re waiting way too long for your food. There’s usually only one waiter to take care of everyone so you’re left waiting a while for refills too. The food is excellent so I’ll give them that.

Definitely not your typical bar fare here. Of course, they do have burgers and fried food, but the quality is much higher than most places. On top of that, they have items you wouldn't expect at a regular bar. The steamed shrimp that comes with a bowl of corn and a side salad (pictured) are delicious. The draft beer selection is not huge but includes a lot of local and eclectic brews. Plenty of beers in cans and bottles as well. They also make cocktails here, but I mostly stick to whiskey and beer.
Servers are friendly, almost overly so lol. I'm new to Delaware and couldn't tell if everyone else was a regular or just became fast friends with the staff.
They also have pool tables, darts and other bar games. Definitely a chill place to have a drink and eat good food. Could spend hours here easily.

A bar without that typical “bar” feeling. Although there is a nice big bar, TVs and pool tables, it’s not too dark or too loud like most bars tend to get.
We ordered mild chicken wings as an appetizer, although the wings themselves were nice and crispy and juicy inside, mild wasn’t mild at all lol so if you’re on the sensitive side, do not order them. For our entrees we got a mushroom Swiss burger and a Reuben with fries. The burger was delicious with a nice big piece of meat, and the Reuben was also very good with perfectly toasted rye bread and hand-cut fries. The Reuben could have used a little more sauerkraut, but that’s just me. The fries aren’t quite as crispy as you may expect, but still super tasty!
Finally the dessert. Homemade bread pudding with vanilla ice cream yum! That was probably my favorite part! The service was fine, until it picked up a bit which resulted in a little longer waiting time, but that is to be expected. We will definitely be back! Did I mention how yummy that bread pudding was? Delicious!
