Cool Springs Fish Bar & Restaurant

Tried a new restaurant and was very happy with the service and meal. The meals were delicious and would definitely come here again. All the drinks we order were excellent.

The food here was pretty good but not exceptional. Also, 3 of the things we ordered were unavailable, including the dessert my girlfriend wanted and the seafood quartet I ordered was out of swordfish, so it turned into a trio instead with some extra of one of the other items. It was alright. My girlfriend's crab imperial stuffed shrimp were much better. The server also adopted an odd custom I've never encountered before - he asked all four of us what our names were and proceeded to address us by them every time he came to the table. While I'm sure he was just being friendly, it felt a little too familiar. That didn't affect this review, however.

The atmosphere was great. Mary our waitress was the best, gave great recommendations. The food was amazing. There were six of us and we did a lot of exchange tasting. Everything was yummy.

Had to try this restaurant because of all the great things that were written about it on Google Maps. The experience was just okay. Efficient service and a good atmosphere but the seafood was just so so. The halibut had a strange coriander and orange sauce. The rockfish was bland with a mild sauce that made little impact. The waiter was great but the seafood was nothing to shout about. I’m not recommending this place.

Great service very personable. They remember you even if you only visit once on a while. Food is fresh, delicious, and presented well. They offer plenty of surf and turf options. Every meal I've had there was wonderful. Good drinks at a reasonable price. Pretty quiet atmosphere. Nice for the 40+ crowd.
