Sugar Factory at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino

I showed up with my reservation. I was sat at a clean table after waiting 5 minutes. Our drinks showed up in a timely manner. Waters were even brought to the table first without asking. The food came so quickly, we still had over half of our $36 drinks left. Our waiter, Jericho not only danced for our table, but gave good service and was the most enthusiastic out of everyone in the restaurant. For a Tuesday night, I was happy my party was pleased.

Great experience ❤️ I had a reservation for 3:15 pm and I was late and they took me immediately even though I was 30 minutes late. We were seated immediately and our server came promptly. Jade was very friendly, knowledgeable and a great server. The food was great. The chicken tenders were hard and dry but the overall experience was great. The milkshakes where amazing but I couldn't even finish half of it. We will definitely be back. Loved it!! ❤️❤️

Had the opportunity to dine at the Sugar Factory twice. The restaurant itself is absolutely stunning and the enthusiasm of the staff is outstanding. I have never been to the Sugar Factory before. My favorite items were the pineapple mimosa, sliders and Mac and cheese balls. I look forward to trying the Turkey club as it looks amazing. Thank you to the staff for working so hard to ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience ❤️

I read all the bad reviews and was nervous to go but I’m so glad I did. Ambience is amazing and lively, staff is so kind and accommodating, and the food was great. A little overpriced but overall would definitely go again. Chicken and waffles was terrific idk what those other reviews are talking about.

The food and drinks were very good. The atmosphere was nice, but the music gets annoying quick. My group enjoyed ourselves. The prices were def higher than expected. Those crazy looking milkshakes are $20 a piece. We each got one. They are delicious. The $36 drinks are def all hype and not worth it. Barely any alcohol in them. Worth a trip overall. We enjoyed ourselves, nice to see new places opening up in Dover.
