Beautiful historic building in downtown Syrna. The atmosphere is great, but the food is very average.

First of all, This is a top notch restaurant.

So initially going into this restaurant i was nervous. I was nervous the food wouldn’t be good, they demolished my doubts.
I went for dinner and the following day i went for breakfast because it was just that damn good.

Dinner i had the thanksgiving dinner and breakfast i had an omelette with French toast and potatoes, the potatoes were perfect. The food was so delicious i needed to kiss the chef/s because they really showed out, but I’m married. LOL
This will definitely be my husband and I’s spot for food, another plus - the food actually fills you!

The food is delicious and the sweet potato fries are outstanding. The atmosphere is comfortable, quiet, and, they supply cloth napkins. The waitress single-handedly provided good service.

Our server's name was John. He was very personable. I ordered the crab cake sandwich with sweet potato fries. My friend ordered chicken and dumplings for herself and chicken fingers with fries for her goddaughter. The entrees were really good. Only thing I didn't like was having the napkin inside the drinking glass because it had lint on it which caused lint to be inside of the glass. Other than that, everything was perfect!

On our recent travels I searched the web for a restaurant no more than an hour into our trip south. Spotted the Sunday brunch menu and made our way.
The waitstaff was attentive, prompt and knowledgeable. The food was delicious and well prepared
The only issue was our seating was next to a window which is great but it was a window that needed a good cleaning, otherwise it was an enjoyable meal and certainly would return.
