McDonald's

McDonalds was very clean when I went inside. The bathroom was nicely stocked and tables were clean. The employees were very nice and helpful. I ordered a soda and the soda machine had plenty of ice and Coca-Cola.

I like this McDonald’s because I feel like they go out of their way to help you. I used the mobile order app and ended up ordering a drink not served at that McDonald’s. The employee apologized and said the app doesn’t always match up with the stock at the actual restaurant and we figured out a similar drink that was close to what I wanted. It was delicious and I appreciated the patience. If you are looking for a speciality drink, I suggest not using the mobile app and seeing what’s on the menu in the restaurant otherwise you might not be able to get the item.

This McDonald's shines in it's customer service. The speed not so much. Everyone here is always nice when I go, which is not often. I slip in for cookies, the new donut stick which are basically churros, and the occasional sweet tea. One star off for the speed.

McDonald's apparently short-staffed themselves tonight. The food was McDonald's - exactly what's expected except fries were a little undercooked.

The woman working the store however... was terrific! ~ pleasant, professional and polite.

I don't know corporate policy but personally, I would have preferred being told there was a wait before I ordered.

Respect and empathy for that employee!!!
