    Stopped in for an Italian sub,didn't know that new owners were there,well sub was still good as I remember.nice people,still a hometown favorite.

    Best jerk chicken cheesesteak I’ve ever had I just left and half the sandwich didn’t even make it home. It was a mental struggle to not eat the other half in the car as well!!!

    Incredible owner. Wonderful hospitality. Definitely the place to go for jerk chicken cheese steak. Definitely at a reasonable price.

    DIPS Ocean Mart is under new management and let me tell you I had gone to the bbq place across the street but the service was rude so I took my business to Dips and had myself the best Philly Cheese Steak to date. Philly's are my favorite dish so to satisfy that I go to DIPS!
